★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we wanted to argue with a waiter, we could do that elsewhere. My friends and I came here thinking that our experience would be nice(the restaurant looked slightly fancy). And we ordered several dishes but 1 order was wrong. So we mentioned it to our waiter who shockingly argued back with us. In any case, when working in the service industry you’re selling a “service” and “product”. Without good customer service, 1 negates the other. Sorry, the food wasn’t that great and the restaurant was basically empty to begin with...
My poor friend left hungry(as we didn’t dare order anything more from an argumentative waiter). We also didn’t leave a tip, he didn’t deserve it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't consume from this restaurant, the manager has rage problems. He cursed and harrased a woman after this guy hit her car. Search for "LordCafe" on Twitter and you'll get what I'm saying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and portions were good but the food lacked flavour. I never had a pozole so bland, I also had the chicken pipian which also lacked flavour. I do not recommend this restaurant as there are many better options in the area.
