The food is pretty average. From my opinion I would suggest changing chefs, the location of the place is very good and it is a real waste not to take advantage of what a good place of sale can give you. We must respect the diner, not all of us who arrive as tourists mean that we do not know what the typical dishes of Cholula or Puebla taste like, so, if you have already made the expense and effort to offer a dish, pay close attention to its flavor. We all know it, the seasoning is what will make us return to the beginning or ultimately never return. The pleasant and efficient attention. The place yum already needs maintenance. Hopefully they improve.

Place to eat outdoors, located in the portals of Cholula. Great service. In search of some enchiladas ?️ poblanas; however, I expected the mole to be thicker and with a stronger flavor, due to the spices it contains. The cost $ 120. It seems to me that I do not recommend them # question of taste.

No breakfast paquet (package) like the rest of the retaurants on the plaza. Main courses are more expensive than other restaurants that also include coffee, juice & fruit. they added 10 pesos for using a credit card. They would not include the tip on the card, only cash tips. The nickle/diming ended up costing us 30% more than other restaurants. Food was as good as other restaurants but nothing special.

Location is beautiful, service was friendly but that’s about it. Food was terrible, they served us a bad ceviche, we tried to power through and take a few bites to see if it got better. When we complained there was 0 attempt to replace or remove the meal. Not a bad ambience if you want a beer or something they can’t cook. But food is not worth the visit.

Got agua Chile, mojarra, and other stuff. The shrimp and fish where old, edible but not great. For the place it should be great for tourists.
