Yesterday I made a reservation, they informed me that they close at 9, there is no more income after that time. my reservation at 8, for 4 people. It took them more than 15 minutes to take the order. From that moment, 50 minutes passed, no drinks, no bread, butter, nothing! We ordered two pastas, a salad and a meat. Only one pasta arrived, we waited and the other did not arrive, when we asked, because they forgot that it was 2 pasta ... they would hardly prepare it if we really wanted it. We said yes, and since we had distributed the salad, we decided to order one more pasta, with shrimp. Minutes later he comes back to tell us that he only has one pasta, it won't be shrimp, ok, what if you have? A hamburger? She confirmed that she was, but, after several minutes, she told me that the hamburger that I ordered has been assigned to the next table. there's no more. Everything super slow, they were saturated, people continued to access the place at almost 10 at night, there is a limit of people per table according to COVID indications and there was a table with more than 10 people, in a closed space, they were with 100% occupancy The food is good but the service was terrible, I suggested the place and it was me who everything asked failed. Since I arrived I asked if there was dessert, they told me only ice cream, a few minutes later the next table asked the same thing, they offered other options and they brought them peaches.

Excellent service, good service, good appetizers, good breakfasts with seasonal juices. Very pleasant atmosphere of the place. I appreciate the attention from the waitress on the ideal shift to come alone or accompanied no matter the way, I recommend to visit it and live your own experience! !

Well, I went to this restaurant because it is one of the best rated in Tuxtepec. But I think I have some comments for this restaurant. 1.- I ordered a Cream of Corn, but it was American type corn (sweet yellow) it tasted like Campbell soup, since it even had little yellow corns and it tasted the same. 2.- The courtesy bread did not taste like something elaborated with a typical flavor similar to Olive Garden bread that you would expect, in a restaurant with that style, rather it was like a Wanna Be Tuscan bread. 3.- The cut, although it was not bad, had a lot of fat, I know that a Picanha cut has a lot, but without lying, I left 1/3 of my cut. 4.- The steamed vegetables, although it seems impossible, were dry, which is understood, they were longer in the steam and dried. 5.- The orange water was excellent. 6.- I didn't even try the accompaniments. 7.- Excellent attention, that's not what.

Excellent place, super delicious food and above all a pleasant atmosphere. I love that the area is fully heated and the treatment of the staff. 10/10✨

Excellent service and attention, I called one night to confirm the schedule and even though it was almost closing time, they offered to assist us very kindly. The cuts they offer in their menu have an excellent flavor, I liked the place for being very quiet, so I was encouraged to try their breakfasts the next day, also highly recommended.

Excellent service on site, very very friendly. The taste of the excellent food, the very rich pasta, the homemade bread with an amazing flavor. Perhaps in the presentation of the cut they could improve. But 9/10 for the time between arrival of food. Bill arrives at night. Great
