★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la mesera, Llegamos a las 7:00 p.m sirvieron la cena a las 7:30 y literalmente nos corrieron (a todos los comensales) a las 8:00 p.m sin ningún tacto y de forma grosera. pedí unas donas para llevar y me las dieron duras y viejas. Nada recomendable.
Terrible attention from the waitress, We arrived at 7:00 p.m. They served dinner at 7:30 and literally ran us (all diners) at 8:00 p.m without any tact and rudely. I ordered some donuts to go and they gave me hard and old ones. Nothing recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención del personal de meseros, una de las chicas fue muy atenta en el servicio, desafortunadamente la comida deja mucho que desear, ordenamos buffet para 1 persona y la otra a la carta, el pollo de la ensalada tenía un aroma terrible, ya no servía y en dos ocasiones en los platillos del buffet que se ordenaron estaban lo que le sigue de frío, entiendo que por ser buffet no podemos esperar una excelente calidad y por ello comprendo que sirvan platillos con comida que mantienen congelada pero lo que es inaceptable es que sirvan esa comida mal calentada, el platillo estaba por encima caliente y por dentro frío de la refrigeración. El encargado de piso o gerente (asumo yo, por la ropa que portaba) notó estos inconvenientes y en ningún momento trató de hacer algo al respecto, únicamente entregó el uno de los platos sin decir nada.
En puntos positivos la ensalada Liverpool es muy rica, debido a los inconvenientes no pude agregarle pollo a mi platillo, sin embargo el sabor es bueno y no fue del todo necesario.
La atención de los meseros es cálida

Good attention from the wait staff, one of the girls was very attentive in the service, unfortunately the food leaves much to be desired, we ordered a buffet for 1 person and the other a la carte, the chicken in the salad had a terrible aroma, no longer served and on two occasions in the buffet dishes that were ordered were the following cold, I understand that because it is a buffet we cannot expect excellent quality and therefore I understand that they serve dishes with food that they keep frozen but what is unacceptable is That they serve that poorly heated food, the dish was above hot and inside cold from the refrigerator. The floor manager or manager (I assume, because of the clothes he was wearing) noticed these inconveniences and never tried to do anything about it, he just delivered one of the dishes without saying anything.
On positive points, the Liverpool salad is very tasty, due to inconveniences I could not add chicken to my dish, however the taste is good and it was not entirely necessary.
