★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi calificacion respecto a este restaurant es negativa, lo cual es debido a que nos otorgaron un servicio de pesima calidad, mal trato, y una espera demasiada larga para recibir nuestros platillos.
Primer punto es que fue de pesima calidad la comida, tomando en cuenta que tiene precios elevados para la relacion de costo—beneficio. Platillos con mala presentacion y nulo sazón.
Segundo punto es que tuvimos malos tratos por parte de las encargadas ya que a pesar de que el lugar estaba vacio la atencion fue muy tardada, cortantes con nosotros y con semblantes de mala cara.
Tercer punto es que fue mucha la espera para recibir nuestros platillos ya que desde que nos tomaron la orden paso mas de una hora para recibirlos, y para tener la grata sorpresa de que eran unos platillos muy pesimos.
Para terminar tienen que actualizar sus precios en su carta por que la carta dice una cosa y cuando te entregan la cuenta no coincide con los precios ya que los elevan demasiados.
Por cierto se nos hizo una burla al darnos cuenta que nos cobraron una jarra de agua de naranja en $80.00 pesos ($4.20 dlls) algo absurdo considerando que el restaurant esta en la ciudad que mas produce naranja.
Si usted y su familia quieren evitar pasar un mal sabor de boca, recomiendo no acudir a este lugar.
My qualification regarding this restaurant is negative, which is because they gave us a service of poor quality, poor treatment, and a too long wait to receive our dishes.
First point is that the food was of poor quality, taking into account that it has high prices for the cost-benefit ratio. Dishes with bad presentation and no seasoning.
Second point is that we were mistreated by the attendants because despite the fact that the place was empty the attention was very slow, cutting us and with faces of disgust.
Third point is that there was a lot of waiting to receive our dishes since since we took the order I spent more than an hour to receive them, and to have the pleasant surprise that they were very heavy dishes.
To finish they have to update their prices in their letter because the letter says one thing and when they give you the account it does not coincide with the prices since they raise them too many.
By the way we made a mockery to realize that we charged a pitcher of orange water at $ 80.00 pesos ($ 4.20 dlls) something absurd considering that the restaurant is in the city that produces more orange.
If you and your family want to avoid having a bad taste in your mouth, I recommend not going to this place.
