★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorditas Xilitla, mi novia es de por allá, y queríamos recordar aquellos sabores de la huasteca potosina. Perooo las enchiladas estilo potosinas no me gustaron se deshacía cada una, picaban que no se sentía el sabor, la cecina no sabia bien, hasta amarga me supo, compre gorditas de gisos fue lo más rescatable, la salsa solo verde era por que no sabia a nada, los guisos de las gorditas fue lo menos peor
Gorditas Xilitla, my girlfriend is from over there, and we wanted to remember those flavors of the Huasteca Potosina. But I did not like the enchiladas Potosinas style, each one was undone, they were biting that the flavor was not felt, the jerky did not taste good, it even tasted bitter, I bought gorditas de gisos was the most redeemable, the only green sauce was because I did not know to nothing, the stews of the gorditas was the least worst
