★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el baño estaba asqueroso, la comida te la dan, solo si no se les olvida un ingrediente, te prometen que para la próxima, te ponen doble... No vuelvo a consumir en esta asquerosa cadena.
 Terrible service, the bathroom was disgusting, the food is given to you, only if they don't forget an ingredient, they promise you that for the next time, they will give you double ... I will not consume again in this disgusting chain.

Terrible, do not ask if there is a promotion because they will end up sending you the leftovers of who knows what day, drier and warmer rice than anything.

Es una buena opción cuando quieres comer algo que sepa casero y no quieras cocinar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es muy rica, pedí el Muy Yucateco, con agua de horchata y salsa de habanero, los sabores son muy buenos, muy caseros, solo el arroz estaba un poco batido pero el sabor era muy bueno.
Sin duda volveré para probar las demás opciones del menú.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ he ido 3 veces pues le quería dar una oportunidad dado que me gusta el concepto pero la verdad es que es MALO la comida nunca está fresca, frijoles secos, arroz recalentado y sus tortillas tiesas o húmedas, nunca regreso. aparte su personal no esta muy bien capacitado y dejan mucho que desear en su atención.
I have been 3 times because I wanted to give it a try since I like the concept but the truth is that it is BAD the food is never fresh, dry beans, reheated rice and their stiff or moist tortillas, I never return. Besides, their staff is not very well trained and they leave much to be desired in their care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí por Didi Food y es la peor experiencia que e tenido en mas de 100 pedidos, mandaron de 5 cosas que pedí solo 2 , eso no es lo peor, lo peor fue que la comida con lo que mandaron solo salió un mugroso taco y feo, por 10 pesos que cuesta un taco de guisado normal te llevas el doble que la sin vergüenza comida que estos tipo venden por 100 pesos, evítenlo lo mas posible, sigo asqueado de la comida
I ordered for Didi Food and it is the worst experience I have had in more than 100 orders, they sent 5 things that I only ordered 2, that is not the worst, the worst thing was that the food with what they sent only came out a filthy and ugly taco , for 10 pesos that a normal stew taco costs, you get twice as much as the shameless food that these guys sell for 100 pesos, avoid it as much as possible, I'm still disgusted by the food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my food on the touchscreens by the entrance, and paid with Mercado Pago, then went to receive the food and an employee told me the order did not finalize. She rung up my order and charged me with a card. A few minutes later I realized the Mercadopago payment DID finalize, and I explained to the employee that I was charged twice, once by card and once by mercado pago. She said there was nothing she could do, and that I should contact corporate support. She refused to give me a refund for one of the two payments. I submitted a refund request to corporate and waiting 2 weeks with no resolution. However, they have since resolved my issue by giving me a 100 mxn gift card.
