POLLO FELIZ Ocupen el sentido común Y BUEN CRITERIO a favor del consumidor. There is always a huge and very slow queue...worst of all facing the sun...the other entrance that does not give sun is occupied as an exit. HAPPY CHICKEN Use common sense AND GOOD JUDGMENT in favor of the consumer.

Pague 169 pesos por un pollo en combo con refresco de dos litros y complemento. Muy rico y se puede comer adentro, te ponen platos, vasos. Very busy and attentive people work here. The quality of their products is excellent. It strikes me that in Mexico City branches everything is cheaper. Pay 169 pesos for a combo chicken with a two-liter soda and a complement. Very tasty and you can eat inside, they put plates, glasses.

La atención dejó mucho que desear por qué se "hacen bolas" con los pedidos virtuales, creo que les cancelaron un pedido justo antes de que me atendieran y creo que si no lo cancelan en tiempo y forma se lo cobran al personal. Me atendieron amablemente y me respondieron las dudas que expresé. The chicken was very, very bad. dry, tasteless (even when I ordered 2 enchilados, which come with a smear of enchilada sauce). The attention left a lot to be desired because they "make balls" with virtual orders, I think they canceled an order just before they attended me and I think that if they don't cancel it in a timely manner they charge it to the staff. They treated me kindly and answered the doubts I expressed.

L	Lily M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw this place crowded and decided to eat on a day trip to meet Cuautla. Chicken is mmm ok, prices are quite decent. They have really hot peppers! They are making tortillas by hand so thats a +1, people is kind. I didn't like the french fries.
