Very tasty .... I have always liked eating there ... tasty fresh chicken..variety of sauces, toreado chili, casserole flavored rice and guacamole plus the beans make a special combination .. oh and many tortillas and chips ... You eat delicious and its prices are very accessible ... very attentive in the service ... Congratulations Pollo Loco Valle Hermoso !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora de la caja es una señora grande que al parecer ya sufre demencia, el tiempo de espera a la entrega de la comida es larguísimo más de 1 hora de espera, un señor alto en la cocina nada más decía groserías, el local muy sucio y viejo, nada que ver con otras franquicias en otras ciudades, pareciera salido de la sierra o algo así. No tienen pago con tarjeta.
Está mejor el pollo Sarabia.
