En la plaza principal se encuentra localizada El Rincón de la Galera, Posada y Restaurante. Comimos en un lugar agradable, con buen ambiente y sobretodo una excelente atención de su propietaria, Sra Alejandra. Los platillos con sazón y sabor muy ricos nos dejan la idea de regresar a éste hermoso lugar próximamente. Definitivamente Recomiendo éste lugar para pasar un día en familia, fuera de la ciudad y conocer nuestro querido México. We visited the Magic Town of Jalpa de Canovas with my family. We discovered a calm, quiet place, with a lot of history. El Rincón de la Galera, Posada and Restaurant are located in the main square. We ate in a pleasant place, with a good atmosphere and, above all, an excellent service from the owner, Alejandra. The dishes with very rich seasoning and flavor leave us with the idea of returning to this beautiful place soon. I definitely recommend this place to spend a day with the family, out of the city and get to know our beloved Mexico.
F	Fany Villanueva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He leído buenas reseñas del lugar por lo que me atreví a consumir, en lo personal la atención de la señora (supongo que es la dueña) es muy buena, muy agradable, pero la señorita que nos atendió en un principio no fue del todo amena, creo que faltaría que agregaran un menú en físico para consultar la comida y los precios ya que únicamente te dicen el menú de memoria, el tiempo de atención fue muy lento supongo por la cantidad de gente y a mi en lo personal no me agradaron las enchiladas que nos prepararon. I have read good reviews of the place for what I dared to consume, personally the attention of the lady (I suppose she is the owner) is very good, very nice, but the lady who attended us at first was not entirely pleasant I think they would need to add a physical menu to check the food and prices since they only tell you the menu by heart, the attention time was very slow I suppose because of the number of people and personally I did not like the enchiladas that they prepared for us.

Alejandra es muy buena, te hace sentir en casa, lugar tipo colonial, habitaciones que conservan su origen y arquitectura, similar al pueblo, el único detalle sería que los precios que publican en su página y lo que te cobran no coinciden, a parte de que no tienen carta o menú impreso con precios así que de alguna forma te cobran como quieren, al parecer cada cosa cuesta 120 pesos, desde unos simples chilaquiles con huevo, o una milanesa de pollo. Creo que le hace falta afinar esos detalles, no solo a ellos, a todo el pueblo, por que pareciera que su criterio es, coloquialmente hablando "depende el sapo, la pedrada". En cuestión del servicio... demoraron al entregar el menú, el pedido y la cuenta debido a que el lugar se encontraba súper lleno. Por ende, la atención no fue la deseada. La atención de la dueña excelente, pero al personal todo se les olvida, la cuenta la entregaron en una servilleta y la cecina de las enchiladas que pedí era carne seca que no fue para nada de mi agrado, de hecho se quedó prácticamente toda, creo que deberían de mejorar el menú. Un detalle más, todas las personas que buscaban el baño se confundían porque no están a la vista, deberían poner letreros. The nicest looking restaurant in Jalpa.
