★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, this is a military restaurant, staffed by military personnel for military personnel, but civilians are welcome. Secondly its kind of tiny so that added to the location and prices makes it be always crowded. The best plan is to come in a group, one person can go and add your group to the wait list while the rest do whatever you came to do to the hospital, then you can all group up and hopefully wait less for a table. (Not saying that the only reason to visit is when you come to the hospital but for most of the people that will be the case) once you're finally seated the prices are good bordering on cheap. Military personnel get a discount on top of that, too. The food is, let's say adequate. Salt shakers on the tables would be a big help, also for whatever reason your food could be warm or the sides could be straight up cold. If you're there "late" (like, say around noon) you might find that the place has run out of some stuff like bread and some menu offerings.
