★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manuel was a fantastic host. We won't ever go near the commercialized end of the beach again. Brother Oscar took us fishing for 3 hours but didn't catch anything but will try again. We forced $ on them and are taking them fishing shirts in appreciation this month. If he doesn't have the dish you want, Manuel will get it quick. Super guy and great host!
