Felicidades a los chefs y a todo el staff???, es el mejor restaurante en el que hemos comido en Puebla. Sin duda el viaje desde la CDMX valió la pena. C	CDMX Gringo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tend to at times be skeptical of beautiful food out of a perhaps misguided belief that if the presentation is legitimately stunning then the kitchen’s focus isn’t where it should be, but the chilaquiles at Restaurante Tacana in Puebla were the very best I’ve ever had flavor wise (flaky chips that held it together without becoming mush even as I continued to eat my way through the dish, both sauces delicious, high quality eggs) and were by ffffffaaaaaarrrrrr the most (only?) beautiful chilaquiles I’ve ever had... the place is also gorgeous, and they have plentiful outdoor seating, which is very important for me personally during the pandemic...
