Good food but the service is terrible there is no order in the staff, some tables have dust and very poorly maintained bathrooms, cold food, but cheap.

Siendo que les estas consumiendo.. Y lo peor es que están muy sucios me sorprende más que nada por que se supone que es un establecimiento que proporciona alimentos. The food is passable. What really leaves much to be desired is the service of the staff is bad, the attitudes are terrible, in addition to that, the bathroom service is charged at 10 pesos. Being that you are consuming them .. And the worst thing is that they are very dirty, it surprises me more than anything because it is supposed to be an establishment that provides food.

They took an order wrong and took forever to deliver the worst pizza ever (burnt bottom, cold top), we had to remind them about the mistaken in the order bcs they couldn't bother to replace it on time and even after an hour of waiting they still said we had to wait another 30 mins or have a refund. We took the refund and had to share our dishes so the other person wouldn't go without eating. Excelente ubicación y buena vista pero la comida es mala y el servicio es peor. Tomaron mal una orden y les tomó una eternidad entregar una pizza horrible (quemada de abajo, fría de arriba), hubo que recordarles del error en la orden porque no la reemplazaron y todavía nos dice que nos esperemos otra media hora o que acepte un reembolso. We got a michelada, and it had bad taste, shrimps had a very bad quality (and their size were as small as Maruchan's have), it did not have whole ingredients, as was indicated... when we ask for them, they, in a bad mood, told us that there was no more, but we saw them on their table. By the way, michelada's price is $150mxn (less than 1lt). Besides, toilets were quite dirty!
