★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era de mis lugares favoritos para comer y disfrutar de la vista, pero la última vez que los visitamos se tardaron horas en atendernos ya no contaban con servicio de bufet sólo había en el menú chilaquiles y estaban crudos, el servio fue malo y olvidaron las bebidas además nos cobraron mucho. Ojalá puedan mejorar esos detalles y cambiar de cheff porque era un lugar que valía mucho la pena. :(
 It was one of my favorite places to eat and enjoy the view, but the last time we visited them they took hours to serve us as they no longer had a buffet service there was only chilaquiles on the menu and they were raw, the Serbian was bad and they forgot the drinks they also charged us a lot. Hopefully they can improve those details and change chefs because it was a very worthwhile place. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar para mí es como un bosque lleno de animales y una cascada (Literalmente) entrando esta el estacionamiento, luego entrando unas adentro esta el restaurante obviamente que es amplio y digno.
La alberca un poco sucia pero es por que no se limpia muy a menudo
Las Habitaciones son excelentes ?
Very nice place for me is like a forest full of animals and a waterfall (Literally) entering is the parking lot, then entering inside is the restaurant obviously which is spacious and dignified.
The pool is a bit dirty but it is because it is not cleaned very often
The rooms are excellent ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que lo visito y no me decepciona el lugar, buen bufet con guisos variados aunque si me faltó una salsa picosita, su alberca es techada por lo que aunque haga frío el espacio se mantiene con temperatura agradable, de mi oarte puedo recomendarlo para que visiten y disfruten el espacio
It's the second time I visit it and I'm not disappointed by the place, good buffet with varied stews but if I lacked a sauce picosita, your pool is covered so even if it is cold the space is kept at a pleasant temperature, I can recommend my oarte to visit and enjoy the space

Lastima que cambiaron al administrador.
Antes el buffet era bueno y podíamos llegar para despegar en globo al día siguiente
Ahora no quisieron ni abrirnos la puerta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron demasiado en atendernos ( no exagero, no tenían mucha gente). Me tuve que parar para traer los cubiertos, casi casi hasta el azúcar y la crema
La única que vez que fue el mesero nos atendió de mala gana, hasta se escurrió el café de la taza
Y nos dieron tremenda cucharota para el café porque no tenían cubiertos limpios
La comida no estaba muy buena, el pan duro, y los platos para el buffet mojados?
En fin... Pésima experiencia.
Espero que lean esto...les recomiendo más el consumo de negocios donde hagan caso al menos de lo que vas a pedir.
Lamentable que el lugar este bonito y el servicio sea pesimo
They took too long to serve us (I'm not exaggerating, they didn't have many people). I had to stop to bring the cutlery, almost almost to the sugar and cream
The only time the waiter attended us reluctantly, the coffee even drained from the cup
And they gave us a tremendous spoonful for coffee because they didn't have clean cutlery
The food was not very good, the bread was stale, and the dishes for the buffet were wet?
Anyway ... Terrible experience.
I hope you read this ... I recommend more business consumption where they pay attention to at least what you are going to ask for.
It is unfortunate that the place is beautiful and the service is terrible

Accesible y con medidas de higiene. La comida es deliciosa y el lugar es grande y cómodo.
Les recomiendo mucho pernoctar pero prevenirse porque en la noche ya no hay servicio de alimentos y bebidas.
La piscina es grande pero el agua regularmente se siente fría. El chapoteadero si tiene agua caliente. Las cervezas frías y deliciosas
