Z	Ziezana Melikian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno meseros, pésima recepcionista, en cuanto tuve inconveniente con una habitación y le solicite apoyo, con gestos y algo visceral y con desinterés. Pésimas instalaciones, sin ventanas, las puertas en mal estado, lcolchones muy descuidados, no ponen ni lo básico de una habitación, no hay un seguimiento ni servicio al cliente te de calidad, si van a rentar de esa manera deberían de cobrar menos por la estancia. Lo único bueno fueron los meseros y demás personal. Good waiters, lousy receptionist, as soon as I had a problem with a room and asked for support, with gestures and something visceral and disinterested. Terrible facilities, no windows, doors in poor condition, very neglected mattresses, they do not even provide the basics of a room, there is no follow-up or quality customer service, if they are going to rent that way they should charge less for the stay. The only good thing was the waiters and other staff.

Comida es mala, ninguno de los platillos valían la pena (Platillos que pedí Campechana $220, Alambre de mariscos $300 y camarones al mojo $220). Servicio pésimo y me estaban cobrando $500 de más en mi cuenta, la encargada dijo que por que estaba apurada, solo se justificó y nunca se disculpó. Food is bad, none of the dishes were worth it (I ordered Campechana dishes $220, Seafood wire $300 and mojo shrimp $220). Terrible service and they were charging me $500 more in my account, the manager said that because she was in a hurry, she only justified herself and never apologized.

The pool is divided for small children and the other part is 1.80 m and is good, go there I recommend it.
