Ejemplo para muchos. Enhorabuena Ximbo!!!

Comedor local pero no te gusta el servicio y los cambios de último momento en los ingredientes amaras este restaurante. Te recomiendo Restaurante ximbo. Excelente comida, bebido y porciones generosas. Buen servicio y excelentes precios. Restaurante Ximbo es un parque de diversiones para el paladar y el bolsillo. Mucho uso de flores comestibles y microgreens.
Let's support new talent and local business. Signature cuisine with fresh and quality products. If you like Tikuun. Local dining but you don't like the service and last minute changes in ingredients you will love this restaurant. I recommend Ximbo Restaurant. Excellent food, drunk and generous portions. Good service and great prices. Ximbo Restaurant is an amusement park for the palate and the wallet. Much use of edible flowers and microgreens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is, hands down, the best culinary experience I have ever had in Mexico. I was absolutely blown away. Starting from the cleanliness, the chef was very attentive, the ingredients are fresh, the plating is exquisitely beautiful and the taste is incomparable. It was a total trip for my taste buds. We had the Ceviche Peruano ( amazing coconut taste) and the Camarón Momia ( something like that). Definitely also try the special aguas. I tried the rose one, very nice. Can't wait to go back!
