★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De paso por Atlacomulco hacia Toluca enmedio de la carretera apareció antes del anochecer este restaurante campestre atendido por sus dueños quienes son amables y solícitos en extremo y te ofrecen un menu con precios increíblemente buenos, bonitos y asequibles en precio. Su especialidad son los cortes finos de carne New York, arracheras o shirlon. Yo deguste una milanesa. Acompañan todos sus cortes con una entrada ya sea quesadillas o sope, sopa del día o espagueti; chilaquiles verdes o ensalada gourmet con papas fritas a elegir en ambos casos igual que una jarrita de medio litro de agua de fruta fresca como limón, piña, sandía o melón. Todos sus ingredientes son de calidad y sazón. Quizá un poco sobre cocinada mi milanesa pero el precio por todo lo consumido por mi fue de $ 100 pesos; el shirlon $130 y el new york en $ 220 degustado por mis aconmpañantes. Fue un oasis en el camino admitiendo el lugar y la hora.
Passing through Atlacomulco on the way to Toluca, this country restaurant appeared before nightfall in the middle of the highway, attended by its owners who are extremely friendly and attentive and offer you a menu with incredibly good, beautiful and affordable prices. Their specialty is the fine cuts of New York beef, flank steak or shirlon. I tasted a milanesa. They accompany all their cuts with an appetizer, either quesadillas or sope, soup of the day or spaghetti; Green chilaquiles or gourmet salad with French fries to choose from in both cases as well as a half-liter jar of fresh fruit water such as lemon, pineapple, watermelon or melon. All its ingredients are of quality and seasoning. Perhaps my milanesa was a little overcooked but the price for everything I consumed was $100 pesos; the shirlon $130 and the new york at $220 tasted by my companions. It was an oasis on the road admitting the place and the time.
