★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ricos los desayunos, el café es súper súper rico, vale la pena probarlo. La atención muy buena, excelente relación calidad/precio. Un lugar bonito, y al lado del Centro cultural y museo el cuál vale la pena visitarlo, es gratis, les encantará.
The breakfasts are very rich, the coffee is super super rich, it is worth trying. Very good service, excellent value for money. A nice place, and next to the Cultural Center and museum which is worth visiting, it is free, you will love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente voy a tener que calificar negativo, ya van 2 eventos qué me han dejado un mal sabor de boca. El primero fue cuando pedí unas verduras al vapor gratinadas, y estas venían con gusanos. Y la segunda me sucedió hoy y creo que fue la más molesta:
Pedí unos chilaquiles con carne asada y a cambio recibí unas cuantas tiritas de tortilla, todas remojadas y desechas, flotando en un caldo de salsa verde. Lo que más me molesto es la intención de verle la cara al cliente, ya qué la salsa verde no tenia sabor, es como si se se les hubiera acabado la salsa y decidieron echarle agua para hacerla rendir, estaban diluidos los sabores. Decidí comerme la pura carne asada y dejar el caldo de tortilla, fue el bistec más caro que pague jeje, porque el cobro fue completo. Recibí las disculpas de la mesera, sin embargo, nunca intentaron enmedar su error.
Es mejor que te digan la verdad y te den oportunidad de escojer otro platillo y no qué te quieran ver la cara.
Unfortunately I'm going to have to rate negative, there are already 2 events that have left a bad taste in my mouth. The first was when I ordered some steamed vegetables au gratin, and these came with worms. And the second one happened to me today and I think it was the most annoying:
I ordered some chilaquiles con carne asada and in exchange received a few strips of tortilla, all soaked and discarded, floating in a broth of green sauce. What bothers me the most is the intention to see the customer's face, since the green sauce had no flavor, it's as if they had run out of sauce and they decided to add water to make it render, the flavors were diluted. I decided to eat the pure roast beef and leave the tortilla broth, it was the most expensive steak I paid hehe, because the payment was complete. I received apologies from the waitress, however they never tried to make amends.
It is better that they tell you the truth and give you the opportunity to choose another dish and not that they want to see your face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal todo lo que he probado me ha gustado muchísimo. La atención es muy amable y te llevan tu orden súper rápido. Tienen una carta variada para ser una cafetería pequeña. Y lo mejor de todo es que es súper económico. Es mi lugar para comer cada vez que por razones de trabajo tengo que ir a Otumba. Lo recomiendo al 100.
Personally, I really liked everything I have tried. The attention is very friendly and they take your order super fast. They have a varied menu for a small cafeteria. And the best of all is that it is super cheap. It's my place to eat every time I have to go to Otumba for work reasons. I recommend it 100.

Pensé que fui en mal momento porque leo a muchos afirmando que es deliciosa, pero al mismo tiempo me doy cuenta que no soy el único que los considera de mala calidad, lo cual confirma mi perspectiva y mala experiencia...
PARA NADA RECOMENDABLE, primera y última vez que voy, solo me hizo quedar mal con mi compañía.
What unpleasant food without seasoning, everything tastes the same: tasteless. Bad quality ingredients as well as their dishes, also cold. I thought I was at a bad time because I read many affirming that it is delicious, but at the same time I realize that I am not the only one who considers them of poor quality, which confirms my perspective and bad experience ...
NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED, first and last time I go, it only made me look bad with my company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación, justo en el edificio del ex convento y al parecer sin otro lugar al rededor con las opciones del restaurante y ya con hambre pues un molcajete bien servido, en otra oportunidad fui a desayunar y si está rico el huevo al gusto. El café me quedó a deber un poco.
Good location, right in the building of the former convent and apparently with no other place around with the options of the restaurant and already hungry because a well-served molcajete, on another occasion I went for breakfast and if the egg is tasty to taste. The coffee left me a little owed.
