I thought the service was excellent, the prices are not that high, the food is delicious, only when I went, the drinks were practically at room temperature, point to improve but in general, I liked the privacy of the place.

El recepcionista muy cordial y dio la cara por personas que no nos contestaron ni por cel. Nos ofrecieron habitacion con vista a la laguna NO TENIAN NUESTRA RESERVA DE HABITACIÓN.... y se pago con bastante TIEMPO de anticipación..
La alberca es quiza de 2 metros por 4 de largo parece un adorno.
Es una burla y un engaño su publicidad.
The hotel is not what they offer it is VERY DIRTY and in remodeling the dirty community bathrooms, aerial access to the lagoon with dirty muddy neglected verdigris, WE DO NOT STAY we did not face the manager or the saleswoman IT IS NOT WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES! NOT WHAT THEY OFFER ...
The receptionist was very cordial and showed his face for people who did not answer us, not even by cell phone. They offered us a room with a view of the lagoon. THEY DID NOT HAVE OUR ROOM RESERVATION .... and it was paid well in advance.
The pool is maybe 2 meters by 4 long, it looks like an ornament.
Its advertising is a mockery and a hoax.
