My mother (senior citizen) and I arrived at this store as she wanted to buy some chairs and tables. My mother had visited the store the previous day. She asked the assistant if there was some sort of discount if she bought various items (which are not cheap by the way). The attending lady was very nice but said she needed to check with the owner to see if they could provide a discount. She said he was at home and would come in shortly. We decided to go to a cafe in La Aurora while we waited. My mother recognized the owner seated at another table and asked him about the items she wanted to buy (and the discount). He said he was having breakfast and could talk later (breakfast at 12:15 pm). We waited for 45 minutes while having a coffee and were ready to leave. My mother told the owner that we had been waiting for him for 45 minutes and we were leaving. He responded he didn't know what offer she wanted to make and was busy. We were heading back to the exit and passed through the store, when the owner's daughter burst in screaming at my mother saying she was not going to let us buy anything and my mother "would not dictate her terms". I was trying to calm her down but she wouldn't stop screaming and directing her vitriol at my mom. Extremely rude, unprofessional and poor customer service!!!! This whole time we were calm and this lady was arguing and screaming. Other customers were present and heard her. We left and will never come back. We were ready to spend a lot on chairs and tables. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mi madre (adulto mayor ) y yo llegamos a esta tienda. Ella quería comprar algunas sillas y mesas. Mi madre había visitado la tienda el día anterior. Le preguntó a la asistente si había algún tipo de descuento si compraba varios artículos (que no eran baratas). La asistente muy agradable, pero dijo que necesitaba checarlo con el propietario para ver si podían proporcionar un descuento. Dijo que estaba en casa y vendría en breve. Decidimos ir a un café en La Aurora mientras esperábamos. Mi madre reconoció al propietario sentado en otra mesa y le preguntó sobre los artículos que quería comprar (y el descuento). Dijo que estaba desayunando y que podría hablar más tarde (desayuno a las 12:15 pm). Esperamos 45 minutos por el dueño mientras tomamos un café. Acabamos el café y de salida mi madre le dijo al propietario que habíamos estado esperando durante 45 minutos y ya nos íbamos. Él respondió que no sabía qué oferta quería hacer y estaba ocupado. Nos dirigíamos a la salida y pasábamos por la tienda, cuando la hija del dueño llegó gritandole a mi madre diciendo que no iba a dejarnos comprar nada y mi madre "no dictaría los términos de su compra". Yo estaba tratando de calmar a esta persona pero ella no dejaba de gritar y dirigirse a mi mamá. Extremadamente grosera, poco profesional y un pobre servicio al cliente! Todo este tiempo estábamos tranquilos y esta señora estaba discutiendo y gritando. Otros clientes estuvieron presentes y la escucharon. Nos fuimos y nunca volveremos. Estábamos listos para comprar sillas y mesas.
