★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues la verdad NO recomiendo pero NADA la tienda, compre 4 mini split y uno falló, la tienda no se hace responsable de la garantía argumentando que no tienen garantía, pero dentro de las cajas tienen la garantía donde dice que si los aires se compraron con un distribuidor ellos tienen que hacerse cargo de la garantía, los "vendedores" terminantemente me dijeron que no hay GARANTIAS, pero eso si, cuando marque la primera vez la vendedora de inmediato me dijo que lo que podían hacer era cotizar me las refacciones del equipó, siendo que los equipos son nuevos y es costo por los 4 es alto, por tal motivo NO les recomiendo pero para NADA COMPRAR CON ELLOS, es más recomendable comprar en tiendas grandes en donde las garantías se cumplen y no te arriesgas a que te den LA ESPALDA, PESIMA TIENDA ?????????
Well, the truth is I DO NOT recommend the store but NOTHING, I bought 4 mini split and one failed, the store is not responsible for the guarantee arguing that they have no guarantee, but inside the boxes they have the guarantee where it says that if the airs were bought with a dealer they have to take care of the guarantee, the "sellers" strictly told me that there are no GUARANTEES, but yes, when I checked the first time the seller immediately told me that what they could do was to quote me the spare parts of the equipment , being that the equipment is new and the cost for the 4 is high, for this reason I do NOT recommend them but for NOTHING TO BUY WITH THEM, it is more advisable to buy in large stores where the guarantees are fulfilled and you do not risk that they give you THE BACK, BAD STORE ?????????
