★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui un mes al gym es una buena opción ya que es económico siempre está limpio y tiene todos los aparatos básicos, como en todo gym tiene horarios dónde está bastante lleno pero abre desde las 6am seguramente puedes encontrar un horario que te acomode .
 I went to the gym for a month it is a good option since it is inexpensive it is always clean and has all the basic equipment, as in every gym it has hours where it is quite full but it opens from 6am you can surely find a time that suits you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las caminadoras siempre están descompuestas y las elípticas no prenden, suben cada año la mensualidad y no remodelan, las pantallas siempre están apagadas y los instructores siempre están platicando con las chikas sin estar al pendiente de los usuarios, pueden mejorar y sobre todo en la seguridad para los autos afuera que esta super obscuro.
The treadmills are always broken and the ellipticals do not turn on, the monthly fee goes up every year and they do not remodel, the screens are always off and the instructors are always talking with the girls without being aware of the users, they can improve and especially in safety for cars outside that is super dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El instructor vespertino muy grosero. Solo atiende a quien quiere. Nada profesional, solo va a platicar con sus cuates. Si tienes una mala tecnica en los aparatos no te asesora. Y lamentablemente como los dueños no están ahí ni con quién reportar la situación. Las instalaciones son de mediana calidad no sirven varios aparatos y en los horarios picos son insuficientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que si les recomiendo que busquen otro gimnasio la verdad sus aparatos están más o menos pero no cuentan con personal capacitado tal parece que no tienen la más mínima idea de lo que es ser un instructor de gimnasio agarran a cualquier pelagatos que se quiere ahorrar el gimnasio y además recibir un sueldo yo pregunto que va a pasar cuando alguno de sus clientes se lastime por culpa de sus idiotas entrenadores acaso responderán con los gastos
