20 days ago I hired this service and two days ago they sent me a message that I no longer have GB I still don't have the month and three days I did not have service due to technical failures, Telmex gives us 12 GB and I don't finish them in the month here retemex gives us 60 GB and as I no longer have GB I will wait for the month to end and if they charge me more I will cancel it because my experience with the service is not what they promise also within the 20 days I have it avian days I didn't work, I talked on the phone and nobody solved me. The word lousy is benign to describe the poor level of service, support and quality of this company. They do not have efficient technical support or sufficient personnel to assist users. If the service fails, as it has happened to me, its efficient support staff is only available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Ask God that you have no problems on the weekend because there is no one and you will not be able to solve your problem for two days. And not to mention the packages and speeds offered to the market. As I see with its fabulously slow packages of 5 or 10 Megas you pay it in other companies they give you 40 60 or 80 megabytes of speed. Go with them. And needless to say, exclusive and intolerable Fair Use Policy. It sells you packages of 60 megabytes, for a whole month, when we know that 60 megabytes is not enough for you even for a weekend. They tell you that the access is unlimited, if they tell you how much their product strings you, that you will be able to continue browsing but at the incredible speed of 320KBPS. It takes up to 15 minutes to open a sad Internet page? And since everything is money, in order to restore your INCREDIBLE speed of 5/10 Megas you must make an extra payment. As if the navigation they offer was really at 5/10. I do not understand how they say companies with a strong presence and a very fast 4.5G network and offer those sad speeds. I consider that this type of junk companies should not be allowed in the market, for the good of the consumers.

They recommended me to try with this company, I was hesitant at first but finally encouraged me, I hired the MiWifi 10 and to date (8 months approx), I have not had any problems with my connectivity at work and neither to watch movies or just surf in internet with cell phone. I strongly recommend Retemex :)

If you want a super unstable network and be on the phone for 40 minutes trying to fix it a few times a month, welcome to Retemex. Think very well before hiring it, especially if you use it to work from home or even to watch a movie on Netflix. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't.
