No se que tanto hacen por perder el tiempo de las personas. Super slow, the dates are lousy. They are more than 1 hour late. 3 modules left unattended for almost half an hour. I don't know how much they do to waste people's time.

Se pudiera agilizar si otra persona esta checando los vehículos y números de serie, porque si no de nada sirven las 4 ventanillas. Lousy attention and slow as in all state agencies. There is a kiosk inside to make copies in case someone needs a copy. It could be speeded up if another person is checking the vehicles and serial numbers, because otherwise the 4 windows are useless.
