Terrible service, I took my girlfriend to have the false nails installed, and the one who attended her was the owner, who had little or no idea. After finishing the job, less than two hours passed and two fingernails peeled off. Not recommendable.

The pedicure did not go as expected and apart from that I cut myself several times. I had asked for acrylic nails and they gave me another type. The eyelashes came out beautiful but the experience I had was one of the worst I have had with a beauty salon. He had made two appointments for the same day. At 10AM appointment for eyelashes and at 3PM Pedicure with gel and acrylic nails. I had told them that I had an appointment at 1PM at my dentist so I needed to come back in the afternoon for my nails. I had been told if I liked it, I could have someone else do my nails at the same time as my eyelashes. But I said no so as not to be in a hurry in the morning in case it took them long, because I wanted some designs on my nails. The day of my service they sent me a message at 9:19 AM to confirm my eyelash appointment. I arrived at 10AM and no one was there. I waited for almost 25 minutes and finally the lady who was going to do my eyelashes arrives. He did one eye and everything was fine but he offered me again that yes, the 3 had better not work on fixing my nails and eyelashes. I felt bad (Don't do what I did) because he said that all the other appointments of the day had been canceled and that they would only come back in the afternoon for me. And that's why I told them that it was okay, as long as I left before 1. Then when she finished the other eye they started doing my nails. The pedicure and manicure were very painful. Besides, I don't see anything because I have to keep my eyes closed for the extensions and I only feel like they cut and burn me with the file. It was horrible. And when I open my eyes I notice that it is already 1:10 PM, my toes are bleeding, and that my fingernails are not acrylic. They wanted to hurry and it is understood but why not say "I'm sorry but we are going to have to cancel." It was Day of the Dead and they talked about plans in the afternoon with their family. Not very professional in my opinion and they charged me more than what I was told on the phone. I do not recommend it.

This institute is great I highly recommend! I did my gel nails and eyebrow waxing. Very clean and very pleasant staff. Muchas gracias todos!
