★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compre un mueble en octubre del 2020 y aun no lo entregan (enero 2021). En ningún lado me dan respuestas claras de la fecha de entrega, incluso, han dejado de responderme los mensajes (la única forma de contactar al servicio al cliente es por whats app). Si alguien sabe donde se encuentran sus oficinas o corporativo o algún medio presencial de contactar a la empresa agradecería su ayuda
 Terrible service, I bought a piece of furniture in October 2020 and they still haven't delivered it (January 2021). Nowhere do they give me clear answers on the delivery date, they have even stopped responding to messages (the only way to contact customer service is by whats app). If anyone knows where their offices or corporate offices are located or any in-person means of contacting the company, I would appreciate your help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, entiendo que por el COVID tuvieran retraso en la entrega de muebles, pero tuve que esperar 9 meses para recibir una mesa de centro llena de polvo y golpeada de una esquina. Si me iban a dar la que tenían de exhibición para qué me hacen esperar tanto.
Terrible, I understand that due to COVID they had a delay in the delivery of furniture, but I had to wait 9 months to receive a coffee table full of dust and hit from a corner. If they were going to give me the one they had on display, why do they keep me waiting so long?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concuerdo con las opiniones anteriores; compre una mesa en noviembre y era fecha que no me decían cuando, al final fui de sorpresa a la tienda; me ofrecieron una de las mesas en exhibición con "descuento" super maltratada o cambio por otra cosa... igual de lo que tienen en exhibición
me imagino que ya estan artos de recibir reclamos; ya no tienen ni tantita amabilidad.
Es una lástima, algunos modelos no se consiguen en México en ningun lado.
I agree with the previous opinions; I bought a table in November and it was a date that they didn't tell me when, in the end I went to the store by surprise; They offered me one of the tables on display with a super battered "discount" or exchange for something else ... just like what they have on display
I imagine that they are already tired of receiving complaints; They don't have the least bit of kindness anymore.
It's a shame, some models are not available anywhere in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren en este lugar. Huyan lo antes posible. Son estafadores... te dan fechas estimadas de uno a dos meses según por la exclusividad de importación pero no te entregan y te dan largas. Siempre se deslindan y te dicen que tienen que solicitar permiso para alguna devolución pero nunca la hacen. Si ya eres una de las personas que está en esta situación procede legalmente en la Profeco y da seguimiento para que cierren a estos infelices.
Do not buy in this place. Run away as soon as possible. They are scammers ... they give you estimated dates of one to two months depending on the import exclusivity but they do not deliver you and they give you long. They always demarcate and tell you that they have to request permission for a return but they never do. If you are already one of the people who is in this situation, proceed legally in Profeco and follow up so that these unfortunates are closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los muebles de vista se ven bien, pero considera que tal vez son desechables, para el tipo y calidad muy caro, los diseños quizá sean su mejor aporte, puedes encontrar unas colchonetas españolas como una buena opción, por lo demás muy corriente
The visual furniture looks good, but consider that they are perhaps disposable, for the type and quality very expensive, the designs may be their best contribution, you can find some Spanish mattresses as a good option, otherwise very common
