★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La agencia de seguros Qualitas me envío al taller, la atención que recibí por parte de la señorita encargada de recibir mi automóvil fue muy desagradable, descortés, poco profesional. Muy despectivo su trato, tal parecía que de su bolsillo iba salir el pago de mi deducible. En cuanto al trabajo de reparación de inicio no quedé Satisfecha ya que quedó tosco y mal hecho, tuve que regresar mi auto para hacer válida la garantía de su trabajo. En conclusión, la chica de recepción es muy desagradable su trato y el cuanto a las reparaciones hay que exigir el 100% de calidad.

His treatment was very contemptuous, it seemed that my deductible was going to come out of his pocket. As for the initial repair work, I was not satisfied as it was rough and poorly done, I had to return my car to validate the guarantee of its work. In conclusion, the girl at the reception is very unpleasant in her treatment and when it comes to repairs, 100% quality must be demanded.
