Mis 30 dias de timpo para el cambio acabaran y jamas me resolvieron , pesimo servicio I have 6 emails and 2 DMs and they never answer me about the correct procedure on how to change the size. My 30 days of time for the change will end and they never solved me, terrible service

S	SmacNeon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima empresa sin formalidad ni seriedad para sus entregas, hace más de una semana que pedí una sudadera y no me ha llegado, con la excusa de que por ser temporada decembrina están atrasados con sus entregas. No recomiendo en lo absoluto que compren aquí. Terrible company without formality or seriousness for their deliveries, more than a week ago I ordered a sweatshirt and it has not arrived, with the excuse that because it is the holiday season they are late with their deliveries. I do not recommend buying here at all.
S	Sergio Sibaja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente tienda física no hay como tal, solo fue una pequeña isla de la merch de Luisitocomunica que estuvo un tiempo cuando recién se había inaugurado la plaza, así que si van con la decisión de ver la tienda física, no hay, no existe. Unfortunately physical store is not as such, it was only a small island of the merch of Luisitocomunica that was a time when the plaza had just opened, so if they go with the decision to see the physical store, there is not, it does not exist.
R	Recepcion Dumy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace mas de una semana que realice mi pedido y aun no llega, contacte con la pagina para saber el estatus de mi pedido 3 días despues de hacerlo y resulta que habia habido un atraso con la entrega debido a que detectaron problemas de calidad ( o al menos esa fue sus excusa) y la paqueteria no lo tuvo a tiempo, obvio se disculparon y dijeron que si para ese mismo dia por la noche no habia salido aun, me reembolsarian mi dinero y me ofrecian un cupon para mi siguiente compra( obvio jamas les volvere a comprar) ¿Y que creen? sigo sin recibir mi paquete y mucho menos mi reembolso. Realmente odio las compras en linea pero esta vez lo hice porque mi hijo deseaba ese articulo y es su regalo de cumpleaños.....Gracias Rey Palomo por tu formalidad!!! It has been more than a week since I placed my order and it still has not arrived, contact the page to know the status of my order 3 days after doing it and it turns out that there had been a delay with the delivery due to quality problems detected (or at less that was their excuse) and the parcel did not have it on time, obviously they apologized and said that if by that same day at night I had not left yet, they would refund my money and offer me a coupon for my next purchase (obviously never I will buy them again) And what do you think? I still haven't received my package, much less my refund. I really hate shopping online but this time I did it because my son wanted that item and it is his birthday present ..... Thank you Rey Palomo for your formality !!!
R	Roman alonzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me notificaron el envío realizado, tuve que enviarles un correo al 3er día para recordarles y ya entonces me enviaron la notificación, hecha el mismo día ¬¬ para colmo. Ademas usan fedex para envíos :( hoy ya una semana que se hizo el envío y aun no me llega nada. Si se van atrasar en realizar envíos al menos deberían usar DHL. Apenas ayer hice una compra en Ml y mi paquete fue enviado por DHL y en un día me llegó, un dia!!! estando en época decembrinas. They never notified me of the shipment, I had to send them an email on the 3rd day to remind them and then they sent me the notification, made the same day ¬ ¬ to top it all. They also use fedex for shipments :( today it was a week since the shipment was made and I still do not receive anything. If they are going to be late in making shipments at least they should use DHL. Just yesterday I made a purchase in Ml and my package was sent by DHL and in one day it came to me, one day !!! being in the holiday season.
