★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue toda una odisea. El trabajo fue renovar el tapiz de un sofá cama. Primero quedaron en entregar en 7 días, pero se cumplió la fecha y no entregaron, nos dijeron se tardarían una semana más. Se cumplieron 2 semanas y no entregaron, finalmente 3 días después entregaron el mueble, pero del color equivocado!! El señor Reyes no quería reconocer su error, nos quería cobrar un 50% adicional por retapizar al color que habíamos acordado. Después ofreció un descuento de $200 pesos (si, doscientos pesos!!) por aceptar así el sofá. Claro que dijimos que no. Luego nos ofreció retapizar sin costo pero dentro de un mes, y que nosotros pagaríamos el flete de $400. Tuvimos que ir con él al taller a revisar el catálogo ya que no reconocía el error de su parte, ya con el catálogo en mano se confirmó que efectivamente se había equivocado en el color, ya que no usó el color señalado en la orden de trabajo, y no le quedó de otra que retapizar sin costo para nosotros y sin cobrar flete adicional. Una semana después nos entregaron el sofá finalmente del color correcto. Si van a trabajar con ellos les sugiero que conserven una copia de la orden y que en esta venga muy claro lo que han ordenado.
It was quite an odyssey. The job was to renovate the tapestry of a sofa bed. First they agreed to deliver in 7 days, but the date was met and they did not deliver, they told us it would take another week. 2 weeks passed and they did not deliver, finally 3 days later they delivered the furniture, but the wrong color !! Mr. Reyes did not want to admit his mistake, he wanted to charge us an additional 50% for reupholstering to the color we had agreed upon. Then he offered a discount of $ 200 pesos (yes, two hundred pesos !!) for accepting the sofa like that. Of course we said no. Then he offered to reupholster at no cost but within a month, and that we would pay the $ 400 freight. We had to go with him to the workshop to review the catalog since he did not recognize the error on his part, already with the catalog in hand it was confirmed that he had indeed made a mistake in the color, since he did not use the color indicated in the work order , and he had no choice but to reupholster at no cost to us and without charging additional freight. A week later the sofa was finally delivered in the correct color. If you are going to work with them, I suggest that you keep a copy of the order and make it very clear what you have ordered.
