Their offices are very nice and they are very careful from the entrance since they sanitize and their hygiene protocol is very good.

There are better options in scales... Unfortunately the service is lousy, I highly recommend other brands. I don't know if the others have deficiencies in a service as basic as here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 16 días esperando mi pedido y hasta el momento no lo he recibido, a pesar de haberme comunicado con el gerente de ventas, el cual me negó la información de cómo comunicarme con el gerente de operaciones ya que según ellos resolverían la situación.
Seguiré esperando.
Llegó mi pedido al día 16 pero en muy malas condiciones por lo que se devolvió y ahora sigo esperando a que llegue en buenas condiciones (día 22). Después de mes y medio, por fin llegó en buen estado mi pedido.
I have been waiting for my order for 16 days and so far I have not received it, despite having contacted the sales manager, who denied me the information on how to communicate with the operations manager since according to them they would resolve the situation.
I will keep waiting.
My order arrived on the 16th but in very bad condition so it was returned and now I am still waiting for it to arrive in good condition (the 22nd). After a month and a half, my order finally arrived in good condition.
