★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todas las empresas de seguridad privada, no conformes con lo que ganan por cada guardia y de los salarios de hambre que les pagan, todavía les cobran por uniforme perdido, por botas y el doble de lo que les Pagan, cuando tienen una falta.
Además les escatiman el imss aprovechando algún convenio con el mismo, para no hacer pagos o aportaciones patronales, perjudicando abiertamente al trabajador, en complicidad con el imss.
Like all private security companies, not content with what they earn for each guard and the starvation wages they are paid, they still charge them for lost uniforms, boots, and double what they are paid when they are at fault.
They also skimp on the imss taking advantage of some agreement with it, so as not to make employer payments or contributions, openly harming the worker, in complicity with the imss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de capacitar a las personas que contratan para dar un buen trato hacia los usuarios. Sus elementos se expresan mal y son agresivos. Al leer otros comentarios parece que las condiciones laborales de la empresa no son las óptimas, sin embargo eso no exime al personal que labora de ser respetuoso y tener un trato amable.
They should train the people they hire to treat users well. Its elements are poorly expressed and aggressive. When reading other comments, it seems that the working conditions of the company are not optimal, however that does not exempt the staff who work to be respectful and have a friendly treatment.
