★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aguas! les pago un 11 de diciembre de '18, no me contestan whatsapp si no hasta el 28 de diciembre para decirme que mi pedido sale hasta enero 4 y llegara enero 7. 27 días despues.

La última ves me dijeron que tenían problemas de producción y luego de eso nada. Estoy tomando todas las evidencias para ir a la profeco ! No compren pueden ser sujetos a una estafa.
Apparently my money has been stolen, I made the purchase more than 20 days ago and now no one answers me either by wapp or by phone! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pagué y durante un mes estuvieron sin contestar una sóla llamada o mensaje en Whastapp. Les exigí la guía de envío y estuvieron semanas sin contestar. Harto, les pedí cancelación y exigí reembolso. Me ignoraron. Días después, me mandaron la guía y les dije que ya no quería su producto. Hicieron caso omiso y me dijeron "ya está en tránsito".
Se excusaron diciendo que habían tenido problemas de producción y no dijeron más.
Habían quedado de hacer el envío a domicilio y la paquetería me avisó que estaban esperando en un estacionamiento público para que fuera a recoger el pedido que ya había cancelado.
Pésima compañía.
I paid them and for a month they did not answer a single call or message on Whastapp. I demanded the shipping guide and they went weeks without answering. Fed up, I asked them for cancellation and demanded a refund. They ignored me. Days later, they sent me the guide and I told them that I no longer wanted their product. They ignored it and told me "it's already in transit."
They excused themselves saying that they had had production problems and did not say more.
They had left to do the home delivery and the parcel company told me that they were waiting in a public parking lot for me to pick up the order that I had already canceled.
Terrible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi contacto con la empresa fue la asesora de ventas JANETH GONZÁLEZ. Realicé un pedido por correo electrónico, brindé toda información pertinente (teléfono de contacto, dirección de entrega, fotografías) y solicité la información para realizar el pago por transferencia bancaria.
NUNCA pudo brindarnos la información para realizar el pago, no sabía cuál era nuestro pedido.
Después de unos días de espera, le cancelamos el pedido, se escudó diciendo que nunca le habíamos brindado el teléfono de contacto ni realizado el pago.
LA EMPRESA ES UN DESORDEN, EVÍTATE PROBLEMAS Y NO CONTRATES NADA CON ELLOS.
My contact with the company was sales advisor JANETH GONZÁLEZ. I placed an order by email, I provided all relevant information (contact phone, delivery address, photographs) and requested the information to make the payment by bank transfer.
He was NEVER able to provide us the information to make the payment, he did not know what our order was.
After a few days of waiting, we canceled the order, he hid himself saying that we had never given him the contact phone number or made the payment.
THE COMPANY IS A DISORDER, AVOID PROBLEMS AND DO NOT CONTRACT ANYTHING WITH THEM.
