★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscas bajar de peso, marcar y fortalecer sin pasarte horas en el gimnasio, definitivamente es el mejor lugar para hacerlo. Las rutinas están buenísimas porque son integrales (cardio, fuerza, Cooridnacion,) Aparte puedo decir que Chava y Katy, son entrenadores increiblemente capacitados, con muchos conocimientos en nutrición y ejercicio. Definitivamente recomendado.
If you are looking to lose weight, mark and strengthen without spending hours in the gym, this is definitely the best place to do it. The routines are great because they are comprehensive (cardio, strength, Coordination,) Besides I can say that Chava and Katy are incredibly trained trainers, with a lot of knowledge in nutrition and exercise. Definitely recommended.
