The place is clean, excellent environment, very friendly all, you learn the technique for the bar grip and for the functional movements of crossfit, the workouts are very good, they are balanced, they have enough material to learn crossfit, accessible schedules and they have availability of area as well as of schedule to realize a specific programming, the price is the right one.
