★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento sigue siendo bonito, sinembargo la vigilancia respecto a las condiciones de los lotes sin construir es deficiente y están siendo vandalizados por quienes construyen y depositan en ellos el resultado de sus excavaciones. También el camino de acceso está casi intransitable, se podría pedir mejor mantenimiento al municipio de Acatlán, ya que está recibiendo el beneficio del impuesto predial del fraccionamiento
The subdivision continues to be beautiful, however the vigilance regarding the conditions of the unbuilt lots is deficient and they are being vandalized by those who build and deposit in them the results of their excavations. Also the access road is almost impassable, one could ask for better maintenance to the municipality of Acatlán, since it is receiving the benefit of the property tax of the subdivision
