La comida si es como comer en casa, el sazón excelente, la dueña y su hijo son muy amables. Solo tiene un terrible defecto, que en vez de darle el filete o pechuga completo al cliente guardan pedacitos y de repente te tocan las sobras de los filetes o pechugas de otros. Hace una semana le ocurrió a mi madre y no dijimos nada porque la ración era bastante pero hoy me tocó y con los pedacitos que me dieron no salía ni medio filete de pescado, la dueña se percató de mi desilusión por el pésimo servicio y me ofreció dos pedacitos de pechuga pero yo pedí pescado. En realidad no tienen visión respecto de la atención al cliente y que estás pagando tu comida. Es como un juego de ruleta que te toquen pedazos de pechuga o pescado en vez de un bistec de pechuga o filete de pescado completo. si les gusta comer bien e irse satisfechos aquí no es el lugar indicado. Y otra cuestión por la que no es recomendable es que las mesas siempre están sucias y al pedir que las limpien no desinfectan como en todas las fondas y restaurantes solo pasan un trapo húmedo o sea no limpian de verdad y la lechuga que ponen en tus platillos no la desinfectan tampoco la parten así como la compran y la sirven directo al plato con las bacterias que pueda tener. Es de dominio público que la lechuga se debe desinfectar igual que otras frutas y verduras. Es peligroso enfermarse de algo por su falta de higiene. Yo ya no volveré a comer aquí para no exponerme a comer bacterias o en una mesa sin desinfectar ni la decepción de pedir un platillo y que te den las sobras del platillo de alguien más, eso es terrible, dedicarse a vender comida y manejarse así es incomprensible.

And another issue for which it is not recommended is that the tables are always dirty and when asking to clean them they do not disinfect as in all inns and restaurants they only wipe a damp cloth that is, they do not really clean and the lettuce they put on your dishes They do not disinfect it, nor do they split it as they buy it and serve it directly to the plate with any bacteria it may have. It is public knowledge that lettuce should be sanitized just like other fruits and vegetables. It is dangerous to get sick from something because of its lack of hygiene. I will not eat here again so as not to expose myself to eating bacteria or at a table without disinfecting or the disappointment of ordering a dish and being given the leftovers from someone else's dish, that's terrible, dedicating yourself to selling food and handling yourself that way is incomprehensible.
