★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue por recomendación. Pero gran desilusión. Pedi Poc-Chuc y después de 20 minutos me informan que no hay. Después pedí arrachera y despues de 5 minutos me avisan que tampoco hay. Termine por decirles que me dieran lo que hubiera. Mal servicio. Lastima. Ademas muchas moscas.
De ultimo. Si pides factura te cobran adicional el IVA. Cuando todos los precios ya deberían incluir el impuesto
 Arrive on recommendation. But great disappointment. I asked Poc-Chuc and after 20 minutes they inform me that there is none. Then I ordered arrachera and after 5 minutes they let me know that there isn't either. I ended up telling them to give me whatever there was. Bad service. Pity. In addition many flies.
Last. If you ask for an invoice, they charge you extra VAT. When all prices should already include the tax

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, un solo emplado atiende mesas, cobra etc, tardan mucho en servir y hasta cubiertos q pedimos los lavaba en ese momento, es la tercera vez q vamos y siempre mal.
Terrible service, one emplado serving tables, charges etc, are slow to serve and even covered q ordered the washing at the time, q is the third time going and always wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena y los precios también. El problema es el tiempo que tardan en servirte y no creo que sea culpa de la única señora atendiendo ahí, aparte es muy amable. Hay bastante calor en el lugar.
The food is good and the prices too. The problem is the time it takes to serve you and I don't think it is the fault of the only lady attending there, apart from that she is very friendly. It is quite hot in the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es puro servicio para llevar, tardan mucho en atenderte, con 1 cliente previo tardaron 10 minutos en atenderme y otros 20 para decirme que no tenían el platillo que pedí, luego ya había pagado otro servicio y para devolverme el dinero que previo ya había pagado tardaron otro tanto más, tuve que conseguir dinero por mi cuenta para acompletarles un billete para q m dieran mi dinero de vuelta, y asi irme y conseguir que comer en otro lugar. Dejo claro que el.sercvicio esta cerca del ado y yo no contaba con mucho tiempo para poder comer....
Mala experiencia y a mi parecer no lo recomendaría.
It is pure take-out service, they take a long time to serve you, with 1 previous client they took 10 minutes to serve me and another 20 to tell me that they did not have the dish I ordered, then I had already paid for another service and to return the money that I had previously paid they took a long time even more, I had to get money on my own to complete a ticket for them to give my money back, and thus go and get something to eat elsewhere. I make it clear that the service is close to home and I didn't have much time to eat....
Bad experience and in my opinion I would not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming to your restaurant for years now, and we always enjoy the food, but today we ordered a whole chicken, and BBQ wings, guacamole, beans, rice, macaroni salad & French fries.
We are very disappointed, the chicken was dry
The wings too much lemon
Rice had no flavor
The guacamole was not cold, but warm.
What a disappointment to eat your food today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent service for a small town off the beaten path.. I don't know what people expect when they complain about slow service. Look around, it's island time everywhere, so just chill out and enjoy a drink while waiting. They will bring you a nice appetizer in the meantime.
