Very rich ceviche, shrimp or octopus toasts also have cocktails and very cheap. Classic place on the sidewalk where you can eat standing in the center of the city, it is very popular by local people and low-budget tourists

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the best Shrimp Tostadas(cost per tostada $20) .The hot sauce is very good and spicy. I always get shrimp Tostadas and a shrimp cocktail. ($50 pesos per cup of cocktail!). Don't know exactly what time they open but the close around 7pm or 8pm. Depending on their sales.
This place is a must go and try. Very much recommended.
I know the hours say they open at 9am but they really open at 11am. Pass by at 11am and they were open.
