★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pollo no es crujiente. Es un desastre. Parece que cocinan el pollo y luego lo mantienen bajo lámparas de calor pero con mucha humedad. Además, siempre se quedan sin guarniciones.
 The chicken is not crispy. It's a disaster. They seem to cook the chicken and then keep it under heat lamps but with high humidity. Plus, they always run out of garnishes.
