★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo el servicio, no contestan correos, y cuando se dignan contestar para cotizarte no dan seguimiento, las citas te las dan en días (No te resuelven el mismo día) simplemente de lo peor... Solo por ser exclusivos de Ricoh creen que pueden dar mal servicio y espero esta muy mal...
Bad service, they do not answer emails, and when they deign to answer to quote you do not follow up, appointments are given to you in days (They do not resolve the same day) simply the worst ... Just because they are exclusive to Ricoh they think they can give bad service and I hope this is very bad ...

Su máquina excelente, ya tenemos con ella más de un año y funciona al 100%
