Entiendo que todos tenemos malos ratos pero en mi experiencia eso no justifica el tratar de mala manera al cliente
I have gone a couple of times to eat the food I think is excellent but the attention tends to be careless when there are many people, they take time to clear the tables and take your order as well as being in a bad mood when they get too stressed. I understand that we all have bad times but in my experience that does not justify treating the client in a bad way
