★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron en entregarme mi paquete de graduación, no contemplando que liquidé muchos meses antes de la toma de la foto, ni respetando el plazo de entrega que establecieron, así como recomiendo revisar los grabados ya que mi cuadro de agradecimientos tuvo varios errores, los corrigieron pero recomiendo que de tengan un mejor control en sus pedidos así como mejorar la atención al cliente, personal y por teléfono.
El diseño y calidad de los paquetes de graduacion es bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, soy alumno de la facultad de Economía generación 2020 y aun que cubri con el porcentaje que pide la empresa en tiempo me tienen con vuelta y vuelta con las entregas, estuve investigando con mis compañeros de varias carreras que contrataron con ellos y la mayoría esta en la misma situación (a algunos inclusive les entregaron sus cuadros con fotos que no son de nuestro grupo). Se la pasan moviendo las fechas de entrega y justificando a cada rato y contradisiendose pero una ves que los amenazas con ir a profeco ahi si sin importar sus pretextos anteriores te resuelven a prisa.

En el cuadro de generación me pusieron un logo que no pedí, en el cuadro de diploma la dedicatoria personalizada que tiene un costó extra tiene faltas de ortografía y el aluminio de la foto se despega, tuve que abrirlo para volverlo a pegar. En cuanto al anillo es de 3 piezas que a mí parecer está desfasado. Estoy muy insatisfecha con los productos. Espero puedan mejorar.
