Los contacte por whatsapp para hacer cita, se demoran horrores en contestar, respuestas incompletas y confusas. te piden hacer cita para diagnosticar la moto, pero la cita no sirve nada, mas que para que no se les acumulen las motos en el taller, porque la cita es para recibirla no para que te atiendan la moto. Tuve que llamar y en 30 segundos contestaron lo suficiente para tomar la decisión. Definitivamente mucho que desear.
Terrible attention. I contacted them by whatsapp to make an appointment, they take horrors to answer, incomplete and confusing answers. They ask you to make an appointment to diagnose the motorcycle, but the appointment is useless, other than so that the motorcycles do not accumulate in the workshop, because the appointment is to receive it, not to have the motorcycle serviced. I had to call and within 30 seconds they answered long enough to make the decision. Definitely a lot to be desired.
