De echo es mas rápida una afinación mayor en la agencia del carro (te lo entregan en unas horas) que un simple cambio de cadena en la bici que puede durar hasta 2 o 3 días para que te la entreguen

No recomiendo que hagan sus servicios, siempre salen detalles antes y después, la bici llega por algo simple y sale con problemas mayores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesia atención, a pesar de ser cliente con alta fidelidad desde hace más de 10 años, llevé mi bici a servicio y no la quisieron recibir, una dependiente muy altanera no quiso escucharme incluso cuando le dije que no me urgía y lo que no quería era tener que dar 2 vueltas, me arrepiento de haberles comprado mis bicis ....... les hace falta a los dueños supervisar la actitud de sus empleados

Very cool shop. You will find the entire Specialized range of both bicycles and accessories. As a comment, I think they can improve the customer service a bit.

I was visiting Monterrey and I had a problem with my gears (they weren't shifting) I called them, drove up to the shop- and they fixed it immediately! The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly ?
