★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dan cita y cuando llegas con tu familiar esta cerrado, les llamas varias veces y no contestan hasta que te mandan a buzón o descuelgan el telefono, por respeto y profesionnalismo deberán llamar para cancelar o avisar que llegarán tarde.
 They give you an appointment and when you arrive with your relative it's closed, you call them several times and they don't answer until they send you to the mailbox or pick up the phone, out of respect and professionalism they should call to cancel or let you know that they will be late.
