★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible el servicio!! tardaron 2 horas en llevarnos la comida, atendieron a todos los que llegaron después de nosotros y para variar cuando reclamamos apenas nos llevaron un fettuccini frío, con champiñones crudos y enteros y la pasta rota y nunca nos llevaron el otro platillo
Terrible service!! It took them 2 hours to bring us the food, they served everyone who came after us and for a change when we complained they just brought us a cold fettuccini, with raw and whole mushrooms and broken pasta and they never brought us the other dish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos visitando este restaurante más de 12 años, siempre fue una opción buena, buen sazón, muy buen servicio y buena relación calidad precio.
Hoy pedimos una pizza Toscana, tenía carnes frías de pésima calidad, particularmente un jamón horrible, barato, el queso cambió, ahora sabe harinoso y más ácido, el peto di pollo estaba relleno de un queso también masoso. La receta de la sopa minestrone cambió y el sabor dejó de ser sutil, le falto la calabaza, chícharo y papa, y ahora llevaba brócoli, chayote, queso y aceitunas, que no lleva la receta original de la minestrone y con poca pasta.
En general, todos en casa desilusionados, una pizza Papa Johns cuesta 40 pesos más y la calidad es muy superior, una Dominos cuesta lo mismo y tiene ingredientes de mejor calidad, la masa y el estilo de la pizza no es distinta a la que ofrecen estas dos cadenas Estadounidenses o sea que son equiparables. Finalmente, todo en empaques de unicel, a pesar de las restricciones que hay hoy a ese respecto, lo único que disfrutamos fue la ensalada con queso de cabra y espárragos (4 espárragos), la verdad, todo decepcionante. Ojalá mejoren la próxima vez que vayamos porque si no será el fin de la relación más larga que haya tenido en mi vida.
We have been visiting this restaurant for more than 12 years, it has always been a good option, good seasoning, very good service and good value for money.
Today we ordered a Tuscan pizza, it had poor quality cold cuts, particularly a horrible, cheap ham, the cheese changed, now it tastes mealy and more acidic, the chicken breast was stuffed with a cheese that was also thick. The recipe for the minestrone soup changed and the flavor was no longer subtle, it lacked the pumpkin, peas and potato, and now it had broccoli, chayote, cheese and olives, which does not have the original recipe for minestrone and with little pasta.
In general, everyone at home disappointed, a Papa Johns pizza costs 40 pesos more and the quality is much higher, a Dominos costs the same and has better quality ingredients, the dough and the style of the pizza is not different from what they offer these two American chains so they are comparable. Finally, all in Styrofoam packaging, despite the restrictions that exist today in that regard, the only thing we enjoyed was the salad with goat cheese and asparagus (4 asparagus), really, all disappointing. Hopefully they will improve next time we go because otherwise it will be the end of the longest relationship I have ever had in my life.
