La empresa debe capacitarlos, no es culpa de los empleados. R	Roberto Amor Quezada Inocencio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio,compre unas tazas de las cuales salieron unas quebradad,simplemente te entregan las cajas y te dicen ahi vienen y a la hora de abrir las cajas resulta que vienen unas quebradas y al momento de reclamarles ,se escudan que ellos las reviaron antes de entregarmelas,pero a mi me dan las cajas selladas y dicen que las revisaron con el muchacho que fue a recogerlas sin saber que ese muchacho soy yo y al reclamarles se esudan que ellos revisaron la mercancia directame te y a mi ni siquiera la revisaron con migo porque las cajas vienen selladas y no se quisieron hacer cargo por esas pza rotas, ahora seria mas tonto yo como comprador quemarme por esas pza y reclamarles si yo las hubiera quebrado, pero ellos no quisieron aceptar su culpa, esta bien ahi se ve su etica y profecionalismo,ya que si las hubieran revisado como mencionaron se hubieran percatado de esas pza rotas,me hicieron comprarlas nuevamente para salir del problema, pero creanme que no les vuelvo a comprar. Aunque me den mejor precio si me dan un mal servicio. Google maps te ubica correctamente, pero no ves el letrero hasta que estás a unos metros. Good price. Your entrance canopy or poster needs maintenance. It cannot be seen from the boulevard. No estaba usando un cubrebocas ni tenían gel antibacterial a la mano. La vendedora tampoco me permitió terminar de decirle la lista de productos que yo quería adquirir, y no me dijo la disponibilidad en inventario sino que procedió a cobrarme. Además empezó a atender a otros clientes mientras me atendía a mí. No me pudo dar de alta para facturar porque no conoce bien su sistema y tuvo un trato informal. Parece que manejan muy buenos productos pero dan muy mala atención. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES! Terrible service from the person at the counter.
