C	Carla Matias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa a nível de organização de passeios é muito boa, mas a nível de prestação de serviços de acomodação de hotel é péssimo. Estou neste momento hospedada no hotel Whala em Bayahibe, sugerido pela Rimain Tours como sendo um hotel muito bom para férias. Posso assegurar que este é o pior hotel que alguma vez estive. Venho num grupo de 6 pessoas, idades compreendidas entre os 30 e 40 anos, o que nos valeu foram os passeios e excursões que fizemos. Pois o hotel não oferece o mínimo de conforto. Está a chover percistivamente desde ontem (sabado) e por incrível que pareça, estamos fechados no quarto, pois neste hotel não existe um único bar interior. Existe apenas um bar na zona das piscinas, que contado ninguém acredita... completamente lotado de gente local, sim, o hotel está desde quinta feira cheio, com hóspedes Dominicanos. Estive 15m numa fila que não tinha mais de 8 pessoas, apenas para o café, e tive de desistir, pois a fila não andava. Uma tristeza! Lá nos enfiamos novamente no quarto. Agora pergunto, como é possível a Rimain Tours não informar os clientes para estes detalhes? As piores férias da minha vida, quando acreditei que seriam as melhores... tantos pontos negativos para aqui colocar, mas todos já reportados à Rimain Tours, e nada de valeu. Rimain Tours, nunca mais! This company in terms of organizing tours is very good, but in terms of providing hotel accommodation services it is terrible. I am currently staying at the Whala hotel in Bayahibe, suggested by Rimain Tours as a very good hotel for a holiday. I can assure you that this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I come in a group of 6 people, aged between 30 and 40 years old, what helped us were the tours and excursions we did. Because the hotel does not offer the least comfort. It has been raining percisively since yesterday (Saturday) and, amazingly, we are closed in the room, as in this hotel there is not a single indoor bar. There is only one bar in the pool area, which no one believes... completely full of local people, yes, the hotel has been full since Thursday with Dominican guests. I was 15m in a line that had no more than 8 people, just for coffee, and I had to give up, because the line didn't move. A sadness! There we slipped back into the room. Now I ask, how is it possible for Rimain Tours not to inform customers of these details? The worst vacation of my life, when I believed it would be the best... so many negative points to put here, but all already reported to Rimain Tours, and nothing was worth it. Rimain Tours, never again!
M	Miguel Matias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior agência de viagens que deve haver em Portugal venderam me uma semana que supostamente seria de ferias e para relaxar tornou se num verdadeiro pesadelo.....hotel whala!Bayahibe que nos puseram com uma alimentação pessima empregados que sem simpatia e sem qualificação profissonal para atendimento hotel que deve ser vocacionado só para o povo dominicano ....aliás creio que seriamos os unicos hóspedes europeus....como podem constatar nas fotos as 12.28 quando o restaurante supostamente abria as 12.30 estava neste estado ir ao bar isso então era impossível pois parecia um bar de favelas The worst travel agency there must be in Portugal sold me a week that was supposed to be a vacation and to relax it became a real nightmare.....hotel whala!Bayahibe that put us with a bad food, employees that without sympathy and without qualification professional for hotel service that should be dedicated only to the Dominican people .... in fact I believe that we would be the only European guests.... as you can see in the photos at 12.28 when the restaurant supposedly opened at 12.30 it was in this state go to the bar that so it was impossible because it looked like a slum bar
