Desde entonces siempre fue un lugar cuyos principales valores y principios fueron brindar un excelente servicio y la mejor comida en distintos aspectos, siempre sobresaliendo la frescura y calidad de sus ingredientes, así como la higiene y calidad en los métodos tradicionales de preparación.
